Find your fit with bra sizing advice, dedicated brand guides and measurements in inches for panties, swimwear and sleepwear. Start with bra fit below, choose your brand, or jump to the product category you are shopping.

All bra band numbers are US sizes, and body measurement charts use inches. Keep your fitted US band number when comparing cup labels. Values converted from centimetres are approximate and rounded to the nearest tenth of an inch.

Bras: band first, then brand-specific cup

  1. Keep your US band number, such as 32, 34, 36 or 38.
  2. Find your brand below. Cup lettering can change after D.
  3. Select the cup label offered on the product. Available sizes vary by style.
DD can be labeled E, and DDD can be labeled F in US/EU cup conventions. This is different from UK cup lettering: UK DD corresponds to US DD/E, while UK E corresponds to US DDD/F. Use the brand’s chart before choosing.

Measuring & checking your bra fit

For bras

Use a soft tape while wearing an unpadded bra. Measure snugly around your ribcage directly under the bust, then around the fullest part of the bust without compressing it. Send both measurements, your current best-fitting bra size and its brand to our fitting team. Measurements are a starting point; shape and style affect fit.

How should a bra fit?

The band should sit level and feel secure. Cups should contain the bust without spilling or gaping, and wires should surround breast tissue comfortably. Straps should support without digging in. If the fit feels uncomfortable, contact us for help with that style.

Choose your bra brand

Kris Line bras — cup fit

Kris Line has its own cup sizing, with fit between US and UK sizes. At the same band size, a Kris Line H cup is larger than a US H cup but smaller than a UK H cup. Keep your US band number and use the Kris Line cup chart as a starting point.

Keep your US band number. For example, original 34G becomes 34FF on a converted style. This applies only to the styles we have converted. If the product’s sizing is unclear, read the Nikol Djumon guide or contact us.

Bralettes, wireless bras & bust-support lingerie

Soft bras, shelf-bra camisoles and bust-support chemises use brand- and style-specific charts. Labels such as S+, SF and 34D/E are different sizing systems. Choose the guide for the exact style; a size M from one brand may fit differently from another.

Bra sets, supportive bodies & full-cup chemises

These pieces also need bust fit. For a set or body, check the bottom and torso fit as well as the bust.

Bra accessories

Match extenders to hook count and spacing, straps to their attachments, and petals to coverage needs. An extender changes band length rather than cup capacity.

Panties

Measure your natural waist and the fullest part of your hips in inches. Choose your bottom size independently of your bra cup. Briefs, bikinis, boyshorts, thongs, tangas and French knickers can offer different coverage in the same size.

Kris Line panties — size recommendation

LaBella recommends going up one size from your usual US panty size. For example, if you normally wear a US Small, choose a Kris Line Medium. Compare your hip measurement with the chart and ask our fitting team if you are between sizes.

Nikol Djumon panties run small. LaBella recommends going up one size. For example, if you usually wear a Small, choose a Medium in Nikol Djumon panties. Check waist and hip fit, and ask our fitting team if you are between sizes. See Nikol Djumon’s panty fit advice.
LaBella’s panty fit advice: go up one size in Aubade, Lise Charmel, Ajour and Antigel. If you usually wear a Small, we suggest a Medium in these brands. Compare your waist and hip measurements and check the guide for your exact style.

Use the chart matching the exact style and label, including one-size or combined-size options. If a measurement range is not listed for your style, ask our team to confirm it.

Swimwear

For bra-sized tops, keep your US band number and use the brand’s cup guide. Choose bottoms separately using waist and hips. For alpha-sized tops or one-piece swimsuits, check bust, waist and hips; a one-piece also needs comfortable torso length.

The bra cup chart does not determine your swim bottom size. For a numeric garment label or an unlisted measurement range, ask about your exact swim style.

Sleepwear & loungewear

Measure bust or chest, waist and hips in inches. For a pajama set, allow comfortable fit in both pieces. Separate tops and bottoms can be selected independently. Robes, chemises and camisoles may use combined or full-cup labels; follow the style-specific notes in your brand guide.

Lingerie, bodysuits & waist accessories

For bodies, rompers and sets, check bust, waist, hips and comfortable torso length. Corsets, garter belts and waspies need their own waist fit. Stockings require their own chart.

Shapewear

Choose from the waist, hip and any bust measurements for the exact garment. Do not size down to increase compression; check comfort while sitting and moving.

Hosiery

Use the exact stocking or tights style’s chart. Height, thigh fit and garment length matter; an underwear size does not establish your hosiery size.

Men’s underwear & sleepwear

Use waist and hip measurements for underwear and chest measurements for undershirts or sleep tops. Check the product’s cut and leg length as well as its size.
