01Shopping & orders

LaBella Intimates LLC, trading as LaBella Intimates (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this website. These Terms govern your use of the website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Products may be available online, in our Maitland boutique, or both, and quantities may be limited. Descriptions, prices, and availability may change. Your order confirmation records the details of the order you submitted. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you and promptly refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled item.

Product information & order errors

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, prices, sizes, and images. Colors may appear differently on different screens, and fit may vary by brand and style. If a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with a correction. You may choose whether to accept the corrected order or cancel the affected item for a refund of any amount charged. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.

We may decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, unlawful activity, or an inability to fulfill the order, subject to applicable law. We will notify you of a cancellation and refund amounts collected for canceled, unfulfilled items.

02Prices & payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is explicitly shown. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, available payment methods, and the payment schedule for your purchase are shown at checkout. You authorize the payment method you select and agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Any delayed or recurring payment arrangement applies only if it is expressly offered and authorized at checkout; placing an ordinary order does not enroll you in a subscription.

03Shipping & preorders

Order processing and carrier transit are separate periods. Orders are processed on business days, excluding holidays. The Shipping Policy explains processing estimates and delivery options. Express shipping does not shorten the wait for a preorder item to arrive from the manufacturer.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the timeframe represented for your order, we will notify you of the delay, provide a revised shipment estimate if available, and explain how to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a prompt refund. If we cannot fulfill the item or do not obtain consent required by law, we will cancel it and issue the required refund. No ordinary preorder cancellation restriction limits these rights.

For other preorder cancellation requests, contact us promptly. The applicable purchase-options policy governs ordinary cancellations, subject to your rights for delayed or unfulfilled orders. After shipment, return requests are handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Delivery questions

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact us promptly about address corrections, damaged items, or a package marked delivered that you have not received. We will help review the shipment and available carrier-claim options. Carrier tracking is relevant information, but these Terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

04Returns & gift cards

Return eligibility depends on the item, its condition, and whether it was purchased online or in store. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy contains the applicable deadlines, exclusions, restocking fees, shipping deductions, and return instructions. Please review that policy before purchasing. Any remedies required by applicable law remain available.

Gift cards & fitting fees

LaBella Intimates gift cards are non-refundable, do not expire, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Keep your gift card details secure and contact us if a card is lost or stolen. Bra fitting fees issued as gift cards are subject to the fitting terms presented at booking and our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

05Website use & privacy

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for information about collection, use, sharing, and your privacy choices.

Responsible website use

You must not use this website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent or misleading information, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malicious code, or interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Website content & customer reviews

Website text, logos, images, graphics, and design are owned by LaBella Intimates or their respective licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law. These Terms do not restrict your right to post honest reviews of our products or service.

Third-party links

Links to third-party websites, including social media, are provided for convenience. Their content, services, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

06Legal terms & contact

Website availability & warranties

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes product warranties, rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods, or other consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LaBella Intimates, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchases. Where legally permitted, our total liability for a claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaBella Intimates and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates against third-party claims and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Florida law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Changes, severability & termination

We may revise these Terms and update the revision date shown above. Changes apply prospectively; they do not retroactively change completed purchases or remove accrued rights. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Suspension or termination of website access does not remove obligations or rights arising from earlier transactions.
