We charge a flat fee for all shipments.
In the US, our shipping fees are the following:
Economy shipping - $9.95 ( Transit time 5-8 business days)
Standard shipping - $19.95 ( Transit time 3-4 business days)
Express shipping - $49.95 ( transit time 1-2 business days)

Yes, we do ship internationally.
We offer flat fee shipping for all orders.

For shipments to Canada, we only ship via the US Postal Service.
The shipping fees to Canada are the following:
First Class Mail - $24.95 (Transit time 14-21 business days).
Priority Mail - $49.95 (Transit time 6-14 business days)

For shipments to the rest of the world, there is a $49.95 flat fee for economy shipping. Express shipping is not available. Economy shipments may be shipped via First Class mail, UPS, Fedex, or DHL. Transit time for international shipments is 14-21 business days.

Please note all international packages may be processed through customs regulations, which may cause a slight delay in delivery times. You may also be required to pay customs duty.
A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed.
All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the customer's sole responsibility. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor do we know what the costs will be, if any. If customs are holding your package, you need to pay the customs fees to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-5 business days.

Express orders are processed within 1 business day.

**Please Note**  LaBella Intimates & Boutique is not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused or missing packages.  All claims concerning delayed, lost, damaged, or missing packages, should be filed with the shipping carrier (USPS,UPS,etc.) within 90 days of shipment. 

You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

*Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time.

Shipping Service (USPS, UPS, etc.) is responsible for Shipping/Transit Times.

For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. 

If the size or color you ordered is on backorder, items will ship as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. On average, most backorder products will ship within 2-4 weeks. Kris Line backorder products may take 6-8 weeks to ship.
