Canada orders ship via USPS. International express shipping is unavailable. Other international economy orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be delayed by customs. Any applicable customs fees, duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We declare the order value on the package; customs authorities decide when to release it. LaBella cannot control or predict customs charges. If fees are not paid, the package may be returned to us.

My package is delayed, lost or damaged
Check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier about delayed, lost, damaged or missing packages. File any claim promptly within the carrier’s applicable deadline. You can also contact LaBella with your order number and tracking details.
LaBella Intimates & Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed, refused or missing packages.
I entered the wrong shipping address
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If the package has already shipped, contact the carrier about available options.
