Anita Size & Fit Guide
Find sizing advice for Anita sports bras, wireless bras, panties and shaping pieces. Cup-sized bras, Lynn soft bras and alpha-sized shapers use different labels, so start with the chart and notes for your exact style.
Fit by product & style
Momentum & Light and Firm sports bras
Use the US band and Anita cup offered on the style. Check the band while breathing deeply, then move your arms and test gentle movement: support should be secure without restricting breathing.
Front-opening or wireless bras
Check that the cups contain your bust and that the band remains level. A wireless cup does not need a rigid center panel to sit like a wired bra.
Lynn soft bras & shapewear
Lynn’s XS–XXL labels and Twin Shaper’s alpha labels need their own style chart. Do not turn your usual bra cup into a panty or shaper size. Send bust, waist and hips for confirmation.
Numeric panty labels
A number on an Anita brief is a garment size, not a bra band. Ask us to confirm the exact style’s measurement range.
Cup labels on our products
For these US/EU cup labels, E can be used for DD and F for DDD. Keep your US band number and select the label offered on the product. This differs from UK cup lettering.
| Familiar US cup | Alternative cup label |
|---|---|
| A | A |
| B | B |
| C | C |
| D | D |
| DD | E |
| DDD | F |
For cups above F or a label not shown here, use the exact style’s listed sizing and ask us if you are comparing from a UK bra. Do not assume identical letters mean identical fit.
How to measure & check fit
Use a soft tape. Measure the fullest part of your bust, your natural waist and the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level without pressing into the body. Tables labeled body measurements refer to you, rather than the garment laid flat.
For bras, measure snugly directly below your bust and around the fullest bust in an unpadded bra. These measurements help our team assess a starting size; band methods and cup construction differ by style.
- The band should sit level and feel secure without restricting breathing.
- Cups should contain the bust without spilling or gaping, and wires should sit around breast tissue comfortably.
- Adjust straps without using them to compensate for a loose band. Check fit while sitting and moving.
For alpha-sized garments whose measurements are not listed here, send us the exact product and your measurements. We will confirm the style’s range before you choose; letter sizes are not universal.
