Freya Size & Fit Guide

← Fit by Brand

Find Freya sizing for bras, panties and swimwear. Keep your US band number and compare UK cup letters for cup-sized pieces, then check the style notes for plunge, strapless and sports bras and separately sized bottoms.

US band numbers only. Keep your fitted US band number when comparing cup labels: a 34 band stays 34. Cup letters can change between brands. Always choose a size offered on your exact product.

Fit by product & style

Wild Side plunge & Idol Allure strapless

Use UK cup letters. A plunge has a lower center and neckline; strapless support should be checked with straps removed.

Sonic Spacer Sports Bra

Check the fitted band during deep breathing and movement. Support should feel secure without restricting your breathing.

Swimwear & briefs

Bra-sized swim tops use UK cups with US bands. Choose Komodo Bay or other bottoms independently from waist and hips; adjustable ties change fit but do not create an unlimited range.

UK cup letters with US bands

Freya uses UK cup lettering on our cup-sized products. US DD/E becomes UK DD; US DDD/F becomes UK E. UK E is a different cup from US DD.

For example, US 34DDD/F corresponds to 34E in this cup comparison. A comparison is a starting point, not a promise of identical fit across brands. For labels beyond this chart, contact our team.

How to measure & check fit

Use a soft tape. Measure the fullest part of your bust, your natural waist and the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level without pressing into the body. Tables labeled body measurements refer to you, rather than the garment laid flat.

For bras, measure snugly directly below your bust and around the fullest bust in an unpadded bra. These measurements help our team assess a starting size; band methods and cup construction differ by style.

  • The band should sit level and feel secure without restricting breathing.
  • Cups should contain the bust without spilling or gaping, and wires should sit around breast tissue comfortably.
  • Adjust straps without using them to compensate for a loose band. Check fit while sitting and moving.
