Choose Lise Charmel bras, panties and lingerie using US band guidance and style-specific sizing notes. The inch hip chart explains manufacturer T-labels; read LaBella’s recommendation to go up one panty size before choosing bottoms.

US band numbers only. Keep your fitted US band number when comparing cup labels: a 34 band stays 34. Cup letters can change between brands. Always choose a size offered on your exact product.

Fit by product & style

LaBella recommends going up one size in Lise Charmel panties. For example, if you usually wear a Small, we suggest a Medium in Lise Charmel. Check your waist and hip measurements as well, and ask our fitting team if you are between sizes.

Demi, full-cup & padded styles

Choose the US band and cup offered for the exact style. A demi’s lower neckline is intentional; the cup edge should still remain comfortable.

Chemises, robes & waist accessories

Check bust, waist and hips together. A garment’s T label or alpha label is a separate reference from its bra cup.

Cup labels on our products

For these US/EU cup labels, E can be used for DD and F for DDD. Keep your US band number and select the label offered on the product. This differs from UK cup lettering.

How to measure & check fit

Use a soft tape. Measure the fullest part of your bust, your natural waist and the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level without pressing into the body. Tables labeled body measurements refer to you, rather than the garment laid flat.

For bras, measure snugly directly below your bust and around the fullest bust in an unpadded bra. These measurements help our team assess a starting size; band methods and cup construction differ by style.

  • The band should sit level and feel secure without restricting breathing.
  • Cups should contain the bust without spilling or gaping, and wires should sit around breast tissue comfortably.
  • Adjust straps without using them to compensate for a loose band. Check fit while sitting and moving.
