The manufacturer measures hips about 7.9 inches below the waist. For the Scarlett camisole and matching French knickers, size each piece separately. Silk should allow room to sit and move comfortably. Kimono robes use combined sizes such as S/M and L/XL; these are separate robe labels, not bra cup groups.
How to measure & check fit
Use a soft tape. Measure the fullest part of your bust, your natural waist and the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level without pressing into the body. Tables labeled body measurements refer to you, rather than the garment laid flat.
Check fit while sitting, bending and reaching. Waistbands and edges should remain comfortable; sleepwear should allow movement. One-size and combined labels have defined ranges rather than unlimited fit.
