1) If you made a purchase in our store and are not satisfied, please return it within 14 days of purchase. All in-store returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange only.

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ON PURCHASES MADE IN THE STORE. STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.

2) If you made a purchase online and are not satisfied, please return it within 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be issued to your credit card or account, minus a 20% restocking fee.

*** We only accept unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Returns or Exchanges are not accepted on Final Sale items.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

If you are returning a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping.

When we process your return, a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your return credit if you choose to use the printed label provided by us.

You can also ship your return to us yourself at 481 S Orlando Ave, Maitland, FL 32751. We recommend using an insured, traceable method and cannot be held accountable for lost packages

In the unlikely event that we accidentally sent you wrong merchandise, or you received a damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately at 407-790-7820 so we can waive your return shipping fee and initiate a replacement. Your replacement items will ship free of charge.

Please allow up to 15 days from delivery of your return for credit to be processed.
