We’ve found that many people use our expertise and recommendations — including detailed information about the specific bras, sizes, and styles that fit them best — and then purchase those items elsewhere. This not only undervalues the professional service we provide, but also takes time away from customers who genuinely want and need our help.

By charging a fitting fee, we ensure that our time, knowledge, and years of experience are valued and appreciated. And because we immediately return that fee to you as a $25 gift card, the fitting is essentially free if you choose to shop with us. Your gift card never expires and can be used toward your purchase in-store, online, or during a future appointment.

Refunds are not available for canceled appointments. However, you can reschedule for a future date at any time. Your $25 gift card will remain valid with no expiration and can be used toward a future appointment or toward a purchase on our website.

We recommend wearing the bra you use most often so we can assess how it currently fits and pinpoint any issues. It’s also helpful to bring a few different tops you wear regularly — such as a fitted T-shirt, a blouse, and a thicker top or sweater — so you can see how your new bras look and feel under various outfits. This helps us ensure your new bras work perfectly with your everyday wardrobe. Other than that, you don’t need to bring anything — just yourself! We’ll take care of the rest.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, bras, lingerie, and underwear are final sale once worn or removed from their original packaging for hygiene reasons. We encourage you to take advantage of our professional bra fitting service to ensure you’re purchasing the correct size and style the first time.

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
